2020 Kickoff Classic High School Open & Girls

ENTRY DEADLINE:

Entries must be received by November 12, 2020. No late entries. Must make weight entered. No changes after entry deadline.


FEE:

Pre-entry of $25.00 must be pre-paid by Thursday, November 12 , 2020. Online registration only. Wrestler may enter only one weight.


RULES:

Oklahoma Modified National Federation High School Rules (minimum rest between matches and maximum number of matches in a day not in effect). Hair code & fingernails will be enforced by referees. Hair cover (if required) must be with wrestler at weigh-in. Head gear is optional, but highly recommended.  15 & Under Open and Girls are allowed to enter in this 18U High School Division; however, they will have to re-weigh on Sunday morning.  


FORMAT:

Folkstyle Wrestling. Double Elimination. Challenge for 2nd format.  Referee decisions final.


WEIGHTS: (Must not turn 19 before 9/1/2020 & be enrolled in Jr High or High School)

HS OPEN: 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220, 285 (+2lb allowance will be given, ex. 106+2=108)

HS GIRLS: 100, 107, 112, 118, 127, 136, 147, 161, 185, 240 (+2lb allowance will be given, ex. 100+2=102)


TIME PERIODS:

18 & Under 2 - 2 - 2 (including finals) Consolations 2-1-1.


PROTEST FEES:

Age Protest fee is $40, and must be directed to tournament directors. All age protests must be made before final match of protested wrestler's first session of wrestling. Birth certificate must be available on the first day of wrestling for all wrestlers in case of a protest. Video challenge fee is $100, and must be presented at the table to a director before the review. Only the official Flo camera at the table will be used. If the call is overturned then $100 refund will be given. Only reviewable video challenges will be during semi-finals (on both sides of the bracket) and all placement matches



This is A National Tournament, So Absolutely No Late Entries Or Weight Changes Will Be Accepted after entry deadline.

Awards

Medals 1st through 6th.  Outstanding Wrestler Award in EACH age group based on champion with most falls (including technical falls) in least amount of time. Challenge for 2nd Format

This form is to be filled out and signed by an appropriate medical professional.  The form is only good for 10 days from the date of the visit noted on the form. Must be given to an official at your scale at weigh-in.
